There will be a dealer information packet being handed out to all of our dealers, and please read it. These are the rules that the Emporium Market will be operating under starting on September 6.
If you wish to apply for a NYS Sales Tax number go to www.ny.gov
Also starting September 6, All dealers wishing to stay set up in the same booth for the next show must pay in advance or they must move out after 3pm. If a Dealer fails to reserve his booth before leaving, there will be a storage fee added to the booth rent and must be paid prior to opening on the next market day.
Please note All Rents must be paid proir to set up on the market day. If a dealer has not paid, the dealer must pay on the way in to the market.
