Take 17W to exit 65 Owego.At top of ramp, turn right at light and go across the bridge, keeping to the left at split, heading to 17C West.At the bottom of the ramp, turn right at light, heading towards downtown Owego.Continue straight thru 2 more lights, at 3rd light (Corner of Church St.)you are in front of the Historic Owego Elks Lodge.Free parking is available along all side streets, and lots on both sides of the lodge, with entrance to the emporium on each.
Coming from the West......
Take Route 17E(new Rte.86) to Exit 64 Owego/Ithaca toward Rte.96-Turn left off exit onto Southside Dr./CR-503.At light, turn left onto 96N go over Susquehanna River Bridge, turn right off bridge onto 17C Front St., go one block west to next light. The Elks Emporium is on the left at the corner of Church & Front Sts.,entrances are right off the parking lots, in the side doors.
From Northern Pennsylvania...
Merge onto U.S.- 220 North Merge onto RT-17 E/SOUTHERN TIER EXPY E toward BINGHAMTON (Crossing into NEW YORK).Take EXIT 64 toward RT-96/OWEGO/ITHACA.Turn LEFT onto SOUTHSIDE DR/CR-503.Turn LEFT onto RT-96 N/SUSQUEHANNA RIVER BRIDGE RD. 223 FRONT ST . is on the left.
From Syracuse/Central NY Areas..... Take Route 81 South to 17 West, following signs to Owego/Elmira. From 17 West, take Exit 65- Owego.
