The Emporium is not open, Take a short trip out of Owego along route 17c to wander thru yesteryear. Even if the Emporium is open on the first or third Sunday, it still is a great place to stop and shop, and on those days you can find Fran at the Emporium.  See you  can support our dealers in many ways, after all, they do support us.
